These x-ray textures only work in Nether and that’s why they are good!

How to install Xray Netherite on Minecraft:

1. Download textures and drop them into the resourcepacks folder
2. Go to the settings in the game, go to the Textures section and move Xray Netherite from the left list to the right one, and to the very beginning of the list.
