In fact, this is an unofficial version of the Morph mod for Minecraft 1.18.1, 1.17.1, 1.16.5, which can be download below.

Identity mod – will allow you to turn into any playable mob and even use the unique abilities of each mob.

The mod is an analogue of the famous Morph mod or its analogue metamorph, it is available on new versions of the game, but uses Fabric to run. When playing in creative mode, you can immediately select any mob, you need to press ` (it’s the same as the e key), if you play in survival mode, then to turn into a mob you need to kill it.

When you become a mob, you get its abilities, movement speed and sounds. If the mob has some ability, then you can use it by pressing R. For example, a spider can climb walls, an Enderman can teleport, and shoot fireballs in a flash, a creeper can explode.
