Many map authors remove support for cheats in their world and by default you are forced to play in survival mode, commands / gamemode does not work, some cheat mods using game commands also do not work, so how do you get creative on the map in survival mode?
If cheats are disabled in your world when creating, when you try to register the command / gamemode 1 (give yourself a creative)
You will receive the following message in the game chat:
You do not have permission to use this command.
Or in Russian: You are not authorized to use this command.
1) The first, easiest way to use cheats in survival mode:
There is a simple and quick way to change map parameters without leaving the game and without using third-party programs and mods
1) Press Ecs in the game
2) Select open the world for the web.
3) Select a different game mode, as well as enable cheat support, press the button below to open the world for the network.
After that, the commands / gamemode, / give, etc. will also be available for you.
2) Getting creative in survival using mods:
If you want another way to change the type of game in minecraft, then try the justenoughbuttons mod, control buttons will appear in the menu on the left, turn on and off creative, day, night, weather, kill all mobs, etc. You can also use the world handler mod
After enabling creative through the mod, you can take things from JEI or from the standard creative menu.
3) Changing the properties of the minecraft map itself, changing the type of game (survival, creative), enabling cheats. (teams)
If you need to change the map itself, that is, there is a way to do it, it is not very difficult, you need the NBTExplorer program.
Back up your world in case of crooked hands.
Turn off the game (exit the edited world)
1) Download NBTExplorer and open the NBTExplorer.exe file.
2) The list will immediately contain all your worlds (save) (if they are in the standard save folder).
3) Click on the plus signs where indicated, open as in the picture, find the value of allowCommands
4) Click on it 2 times, and we can change the value of the parameter.
0 – disabled
1 – enabled.
If you have cheats turned off and you want to turn them on, the value will have 0, write 1 and click ok.
5) After changing the changes, click on the floppy disk to save the parameter.

Similarly, change the parameter, where 0 is survival, 1 is creative, 2 is adventure, 3 is observer.
