Command to eat blocks in Minecraft

Below are the commands that allow you to eat any blocks in Minecraft and items for the company:

Before using, do not forget to replace TEST_ITEM with the name of the desired item.

From 1.21.2 to 1.21.8

/give @a TEST_ITEM[food={saturation:1,can_always_eat:1b,nutrition:1},consumable={consume_seconds:1,on_consume_effects:[{type:apply_effects,effects:[{id:saturation,duration:1}]}]}]

For 1.21 / 1.21.1 / 1.20.5
