Redstone Power Enhanced [1.21.1] [1.20.6]

The goal of RPE is to add new redstone blocks.

The fan block will be able to move objects in a certain direction for a distance of up to seven blocks, the color display block will be able to display colors depending on the signal strength level, and the clock block can be used as a clock as it will send a pulse to other blocks at different intervals depending on the power signal.
